This is the second of our two-part blog series to help hospitality venues demystify the process of preparing for Christmas, and provide you with a starting point.
So far, in Part 1, we’ve looked at why the perfect Christmas setting is so important for your customers, so much so that recent market research found that when a hotel or restaurant spends more money on Christmas decorations, 59 per cent of their customers are more likely to spend not only more time, but also more money at that establishment.
During the holidays, businesses make anywhere from 20 to 40 per cent of their entire yearly income. A successful holiday season lays the groundwork for the rest of the year and a bad season can set a very dark tone. So, it’s important to get it right.
It is critical to begin planning early in order to be prepared for this wonderful time of year. That’s why we would recommend getting your Christmas orders in before the early November, so that the stock you choose is guaranteed to be available, and you can avoid any headaches caused by lack of the goods you need.
